H.I.I.T.

High intensity interval training burns lots of calories while participating in class and lots more after the class as well.

Tabata

High intensity class designed to maximize your hard work effort. You will burn lots of calories in a short time AND burn fat post workout. This class will help you build strength, power and mental toughness.

H.I.I.T./ V.I.I.T.

High Intensity Interval Training OR Variable Intensity Interval Training. These classes are designed to improve your oxygen output, power and performance. You will gain power and improve your endurance in this class. You will also build mental toughness while participating in various challenging HIIT formats. VIIT is just a version of HIIT that offers the participant the option of working to exhaustion or just working hard. Research has shown that VIIT workouts accomplish much of what HIIT workouts do with less impact and soreness.

Performance Cycle & Cycle Circuit

High intensity cycle classes that will improve your fitness, performance on a bike, and strength.

Cycle

Good music and motivating instructors to keep that inside ride fun and challenging. June – Sept 2 classes are on the schedule.

Cycle Circuit

A unique cycle class that alternates 10 minutes of on bike sprints and hills with 6 minutes of AMRAP strength or core for a solid 50 minute workout.

Performance Cycle

A 60 minute cycle class designed to challenge you both physically and mentally. It’s you and the road in this class filled with sprints, ladders, hills and grinds designed to improve your fitness and mental toughness.

Peak Cycle

This class is specifically designed to improve your endurance and fitness through a solid 50 minutes of zone 3 work. Zone 3 is not breathless, it’s just at the edge of breathless where you can make the most of your workouts.

Restorative

Various classes designed to help restore your body and mind through gentle movement and breathing.

Stretching & Mobility

This class is perfect for your active recovery day. Active recovery consists of low-intensity and low-impact full body movements that increase circulation and boost your recovery process. We will do basic flows, use props like Naboso neuroball and Stick Mobility sticks to get your whole body moving fluidly and feeling better! Make your recovery day an actual recovery day and come to this class!

Circuit

Fast paced and challenging, full body workouts with many different levels to choose from.

9-5er Circuit

This circuit is designed for those who sit at a desk. We specifically work on strengthening the upper back, butt and hamstrings as well as the core. You will not be doing any push ups in this class but we will be getting your heart rate up with cardio bursts! The class finishes with a nice stretch series meant to open the front of the body.

Achy Back & Creaky Knees

Are your joints sore and achy? Then this is the class for you – this low impact, full body class is specifically designed for those of us who can not jump anymore, may have pain with squatting, chronic shoulder issues and anyone with low back issues. This is a slower paced class with a solid 10-15 minutes of stretching included at the end.

L1-2 Circuit

Similar to the achy back class but you can expect a bit more aggressive approach to the workout. You will get a full body workout with some light cardio and lighter weights and less demanding movements used for the exercises provided. There is a big focus on core in this class.

L2-3 Circuit

High intensity, full body killer workout, plan on working hard for 55 minutes. You will be challenged through various advanced movements, fun and unique equipment and all your fellow participants! This is a fast paced, fun class with no excuses.

Seniors

The following classes are a great choice for seniors. Which class you choose depends on how functional your active ageing body is.

Fitness for Life 65+

This class is designed with seniors in mind. Lot’s of core work, balance work and functional movement patterns designed to improve daily living. If you are achy, feel stiff or have trouble doing what you love without pain – this is the class for you!

Achy Back & Creaky Knees
