H.I.I.T
High intensity interval training burns lots of calories while participating in class and lots more after the class as well.
Circuit Training
Fast paced and challenging, full body workouts with many different levels to choose from.
Cycle
Good music and motivating instructors to keep that inside ride fun and challenging. Cycle classes are mostly seasonal and usually on the schedule October – May. You can also rent the peloton if you want to ride on off times or out of season.
Restorative
Various classes designed to help restore your body and mind through gentle movement and breathing.

Personal Training
You value your fitness, playing outside and staying young at heart. We provide you with what you need to stay that way. Private, Doubles or Virtual options with a trainer matched to your needs and goals, to create your unique training experience.
Small Group Classes
Small group training (3-5 people) with a group matched with you, to enhance your training experience and have fun meeting your goals. 3 month commitment required to help you meet your personal goals.
Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition options are offered a la carte or in a package of 5 sessions to meet your individual needs. One on one sessions, kitchen/pantry clean up, shopping excursions and behavior change options all offered.
Corrective Exercises
An individualized program for you to do at home, designed to lessen pain and make your activities fun again. Begin with a FREE initial session that you will leave with immediate action steps.
